Md. Ayaz Jummani
Managing trustee
Mohammed Ayaz Jummani is a philanthropist who completed his Bachelor's degree in Commerce and serves as the Managing Trustee of OYA Foundation. He acts as a parental figure to the girls at the Group Home - PANKH. With a history of active participation in youth groups and a strong commitment to community service, Mohammed Ayaz embodies humility and strives to inspire others through his wisdom.
Mr. Rahim Munshi
Board of Mentor
Mr. Rahim A. Munshi, a highly accomplished individual, holds a master's degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from the State University of New York and a bachelor's degree from IIT Bombay. With over four decades of experience, he is renowned for his success in engineering and project management. Rahim's pivotal role in leading mentorship and training sessions for the OYA team and beneficiaries highlights his dedication to sharing his expertise and empowering others in their professional growth

Dr. Y.S. Jaiswal, a Homoeopathic consultant, has been affiliated with OYA since it's inception, focusing on working with females and growing children. Sailesh Mishra, a Social Entrepreneur and Founder President of Silver Innings Group and A1 Snehanjali, is dedicated to creating an elder and dementia-friendly world. Since 2008, his organization, Silver Innings, has been working towards making aging a positive experience. Sailesh's proactive approach, networking abilities, and advocacy for aging and dementia have gained global recognition. His expertise and contributions have been invaluable in elevating OYA Foundation and its mission.
Raheen Jummani
Founder
Raheen is a Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist who has spent more than a decade working as a counsellor, therapist, and mentor in the social sector. She founded Open Your Arms in 2010 and serves as a vital force within the organization. Raheen's impressive oratory skills and delightful personality have made her highly regarded by all who have had the pleasure of meeting her.
Behroz Kanga
Clinical psychologist and special educator
Behroz, holds a Masters in Clinical Psychology and a B.Ed in Special Education, has dedicated 15 years to the field of education. As a mentor to OYA, she provides guidance, trains teachers, conducts workshops, and serves as an Educationist for a partner organization. Her unwavering support for OYA's cause and her belief in their mission to improve the well-being of beneficiaries drives her continued involvement.
